STEEL BONES ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO THE AMPUTEE COMMUNITY. Every single minute of your time makes a difference whether its 3 hours a week or 1 hour every once in a while, whatever it be we are so grateful to all our volunteers who make Steel Bones happen and keep pushing forward.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of Steel Bones’ life. We have key roles which our volunteers have helped with and made a positive impact on enabling amputee families to overcome the trauma of amputation.  You can read all about the roles here: Steel Bones Volunteering Roles

Our current Steel Bones Champions are working their way through the recent Induction we held at The British Racing School and also those who choose to be Family mentors will begin their training on 15th October.  It has been so fantastic to be able to finally celebrate our volunteers in person and do our training for the first time face to face in 3 years. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED we had so much fun, here are some photos from the night:
