Canoe Fundraiser at Sudbury to the Sea
If you are looking for a challenge this year, don’t forget to sign up for our Canoe Challenge! Only a few spaces left!
It is designed to suit all levels of those who enjoy water and canoeing. The challenge is Sudbury to the Sea, 26 miles spread over 2 days with a night camping at Wissington near Nayland. This is a very scenic route, enjoying its many delights and seeing parts of the local countryside that are inaccessible by foot or road. You can take part in some of it or all of it, it offers a genuine test of endurance and a deeply satisfying sense of accomplishment upon finishing.
There is no entry fee to take part in this challenge, all we ask is that each person raises around £100+
We will assist with setting you up with a fundraising page linked to the challenge, provide sponsorship forms and give you tips on how to achieve your target. You will be fully supported to help achieve your target. As well as a fundraising t-shirt and full support throughout the weekend.

Zoom Coffee Catch Up For All Families
Every Thursday 10.30 am to midday we host a Zoom Coffee Catch Up for amputee families from the comfort of your living room.

Every Wednesday
Peterborough Fitness Session for all levels at Elevate Gym, 3 Dukesmead, Peterborough PE4 6ZN
Every Wednesday at 11.30 am to 12.30 pm. A Personal Trainer will guide you through a one hour group fitness session suitable for all levels. Elevate Gym have fantastic facilities including a disabled toilet, wet room and changing room, all allocated on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible. Haverhill Fitness Session for all levels at Haverhill Leisure Centre, Lordscroft Lane, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 0ER
We will meet at the gym every Wednesday at 10.30am in the reception to say hello. We will then meet again after we have finished our sessions in the café for a well-earned refreshment, if you’d like to stay and chat with us.
Once signed up for 6 months free membership, Steel Bones members will have use of the gym, classes and the swimming pool. There is an ICanSwim session at 10.45am on Wednesday which is specifically for those people who may need extra help because of a disability. Carers go free to this swim session.
All swim and class bookings are done once you’ve signed up for 6 months free membership and have completed the induction with the gym staff. If you would like to join us, please register.

Join us for an online fitness session with Jack, a fully qualified personal trainer. This starts at 12 midday.
He will base the session on chair exercises, you won’t need any specialist equipment – just yourself!
