There is a huge backlog in PIP reviews at the moment, some going back 10 months or more. Most people are being given a 12-month extension while the DWP try and catch up.
If you have a vehicle with Motability, please check when it is due to be changed as you will only be able to exchange vehicles if you have a full 12 months left on your award.
You can still choose a new vehicle if you are in receipt of the yearlong extension but again, you must have the full 12 months on that extension to qualify.
