We recently moved our Orthotics and Prosthetics service (including some amputee physiotherapy services and the gait lab) to their new home at Chaston House in Great Shelford. Unfortunately, there have been some unforeseen challenges with our IT and telephone systems in the new location.
We are working with our network provider to resolve the issue and restore connectivity as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we have temporary measures in place, but work is much slower than usual. As a result, some appointments are being cancelled, and we may not be as responsive as we would like.

Appointments:
Patients with appointments will be informed by phone if changes are necessary. We are only cancelling appointments the day before to avoid unnecessary disruptions. If you have not heard from us, please attend your appointment as scheduled.
We are working to restore services to normal and will update our website as soon as the issues are resolved.
