We love celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week. It is ok not to be ok and we are passionate about removing the stigma associated with maintaining mental wellbeing. Life is always full of so many pressures, lockdown or not, nothing changes and we want to share some amazing tips we found from others. We also have a WELLBEING HOUR on 11th June 10am – check out social media or the online events info blog.
