Amputee family members from Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas met at Bury Bowl on 25th October 2018.
We had a fantastic catching up with new and familiar faces. The competition was on as there were 2 trophies up for grabs the Adult and Junior Championship Trophies.
The scores were high amongst all. The children did brilliantly and were so well behaved, it was really wonderful to see them having so much fun together.
We were also so thrilled Councillor Diane Hind was able to pop in and meet our families. Councillor Hind made this event possible with a donation from her community funding pot which we are very grateful for. Councillor Hind also handed our Trophy Winners with their awards.
Victoria won the Junior Champion and David Wiseman, ex England Amputee Football Player, won the Adult competition. We look forward to seeing who triumphs next year !!
