What was the biggest concern of being an amputee? Losing my home.
Were you able to work as an amputee? I lived and worked in pubs for 15 years. I tried, but it was very hard learning to walk.
How do you spend your days? My favourite thing is going to the Le Mans 24 hour race. I’ve been 16 years in a row.
Have you got any funny memories that have happened since your amputation? Someone said I could get a blade and go running, my answer was do I look like I ever went running with two legs??? 🤣🤣
When did you come across Steel Bones? I was introduced to Steel Bones by someone on another Facebook group.
What does Steel Bones do for your family? You’ve been uplifting and have helped massively to keep me sane.
Small or big is there one thing you hope to accomplish? I want to help other people and keep them amused.
