It is a busy year round calendar with many projects running simultaneously so we do sometimes have to change dates.

Peterborough Fitness Session for all levels at Elevate Gym, 3 Dukesmead, Peterborough PE4 6ZN
Every Wednesday at 11.30 am to 12.30 pm. A Personal Trainer will guide you through a one hour group fitness session suitable for all levels. Elevate Gym have fantastic facilities including a disabled toilet, wet room and changing room, all allocated on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible. Cambridge Fitness Session for all levels at Nuffield Health Cambridge, 213 Cromwell Road, Cambridge, CB1 3BA
Every Thursday at 11.00 am to 12.00 pm. A representative from Steel Bones will be there to welcome you to a one hour group fitness session suitable for all levels. Nuffield Gym have fantastic wheelchair accessible facilities. If you would like to join us, please email rachel@steelbone.co.uk

Online Fitness Session with Jack, a fully qualified personal trainer.
We are able to offer x5 online fitness sessions on the last Friday of each month.
He will base the session on chair exercises, you won’t need any specialist equipment – just yourself!
