Health Inequalities Prize – more funding on its way for Cambridgeshire & Peterborough

Possible with the Innovation Fund – thank you to all the team we received £4,000 to develop our work with the Addenbrookes Physio and Prosthetics team.  We loved rolling this project out and so grateful for the collaboration which revolved further with Addenbrookes’ superb Prosthetics & Physio Teams #teamwork #patientExperience  

This project also involved working with Illuminate Charity to help the group work through why and what new patients need most to help them maximise their appointments.

We were thrilled to be chosen for 3rd place winning an additional £6,000 for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough prosthetic and physio patients. Thank you to everyone who made this project possible and to all who participated.
