Colchester Fitness Session for all levels at Stanway Retail Park, 4, Peartree Rd, Colchester CO3 0LX
Every Wednesday from 1.00pm to 2.00pm. We provide gym/fitness sessions for all Steel Bones members. The sessions can be tailored to help individuals and groups of all ages and abilities.
The team there is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They already have members who are wheelchair users. They have a lovely waiting room at the front of the gym where you can have a coffee and catch up. They also have great disabled toilets and showers for everyone.
If you are interested, please register. You can also turn up on the day.
