Bury St Edmunds Fitness Session for all levels at Iron Island, Western Way West, Bury St Edmunds IP33 3SP
Every Friday from 11.00am to 12.00pm. We provide gym/fitness sessions for all Steel Bones members. The sessions can be tailored to help individuals and groups of all ages and abilities.
The team there is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They already have members who are wheelchair users. They have a lovely waiting room at the front of the gym where you can have a coffee and catch up. They also have great disabled toilets and showers for everyone. Good parking at the front of the building and at the rear.
If you are interested, please register. You can also turn up on the day.
