Cambridge Fitness Session for Amputees at University of Cambridge Sport

Every Thursday 2.00pm to 3.00pm.  A Personal Trainer / representative from Steel Bones will guide you through.  If you would like to join us, please register.

Wellbeing Session with Lifecraft at Yaxley Public Hall, Back Lane, Yaxley, Peterborough PE7 3GY – Start 9.00am

Maria is a fantastic expert from Lifecraft who have funding to provide the following expertise to our group:

Strategies for Staying Afloat, facilitated by Maria Varallo from Lifecraft. This session offers the opportunity to step back and consider how we care for ourselves, stay resilient and stay afloat!

Outcomes for the session include:

A deeper understanding of the importance of self-care.
Practical strategies for building resilience.
Time to reflect, recharge and connect with others in a safe, supportive environment.
